Additional Information
Dr. Dan Duran is a Doctor of Audiology and seasoned dispensing audiologist who has been practicing since 2010. He is dedicated to providing personalized, high quality hearing care that helps individuals stay connected to the people and experiences that enrich their lives. Having grown up in Clovis and attended Buchanan High School, he carries a deep appreciation for the people, culture, and climate of the Central Valley.
He previously served as Manager of Audiology Services at Valley Children’s Hospital, where he blended clinical expertise and leadership in audiology operations with a strong patient centered approach. With extensive experience serving both pediatric and adult populations, Dr. Duran specializes in diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid technology, and comprehensive long term hearing care. He is recognized for his thoughtful, open minded, and warm professionalism and his skill in tailoring solutions to each individual’s needs and lifestyle—and can provide all services in fluent Spanish as well!
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Duran is honored to serve veterans and service members by providing audiologcal services for those experiencing hearing loss and/or tinnitus. His commitment to service extends into his faith community, where he enjoys singing alongside his wife and children. Outside the clinic, he embraces adventure and family time—you might find him snorkeling with sharks, body surfing the waves, or enjoying a fish taco in San Diego with his family whenever they get the chance.
Erica Brown
Erica Brown is an Audiology Assistant and Hearing Instrument Specialist in-training at the Hearing Institute of Fresno. Born and raised in North Carolina, she is excited to be part of the Central Valley community and to continue growing in the field of audiology.
Erica brings four years of experience as an audiology assistant, and has a particular passion for patient education and support. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and confident in the use and care of their hearing devices, as well as connecting with patients through outreach and communication.
Outside of the office, Erica enjoys wildlife photography and can often be found birdwatching with her fiancé on the weekends.
